Cold outside, perhaps - but it's warm in here!

So, here we are - it's January. It's cold out. It's not getting warmer any time soon. Thinking about running the Mini Marathon this year? Or riding your bike at the Hilly Hundred? Or maybe your thing is the Corporate Challenge, or any of a hundred other sweat-filled endeavors. It's time, right now, to get out the calendar, circle your big event with a fat red marker, and start counting back. Start figuring out how much preparation you need, try to adjust for vacations, travel for work, etc. and what you'll find is this: IT"S TIME TO START PREPARING NOW!!

Map out your plan, or meet with your coach, get your equipment in tip-top shape, and start training NOW! Get to spin class, or boot camp, or core conditioning, and incorporate some yoga. The time is NOW to make for a successful tomorrow.
